Please remember that you need to log

Tennis Membership (BTM) account to enter. If you have
forgotten your username or password donít worry, either use the
website to re-set it or contact Claire McCulloch at the
LTA who will arrange for it to be re-set.
If you donít have a BTM account please let her know & she can help you sign up.

LTA Membership is free but you will need to identify a registered venue where you usually play
Acceptance lists for the tournament will be
published after the entry deadline. Players need to play in at least one
regional tournament to qualify for the National finals.
Please aim to arrive in plenty of time for first matches, a registration room will be set up and you will be directed there on arrival
Meet and greets can be available subject to demand from bus and/or train, details will be provided nearer the date

Lunches & other catering
Details of lunches/catering will be confirmed nearer the date
There are 2 water coolers on site, there is also a cafe/bar where you can buy drinks and snacks throughout the day, please bring your own water bottles.
We hope to arrange a tournament meal on the Saturday evening
Photography & Video
We plan to have a photographer for the weekend and filming may also take place at the event, your registration will be taken as consent but please let us know if you would prefer not to be photographed.
Please note Virgin Active is a public venue and we do not therefore have exclusive access over the weekend, please therefore be careful with taking photographs and videos if you intend publishing these on social media,
Clothing and Footwear
B2-5 Players should wear white tops during matches, this rule does not apply to B1s
Volunteers will be issued with Red T Shirts
Please can we encourage players and volunteers to carry emergency contact details including detail of essential medication, if you wish for us to hold the details during the event you may do so when booking or at registration.
We will not pass on any information you provide to third parties or use it for marketing or fundraising purposes
We will make best endeavours to ensure that your data is kept secure and only seen by those who need access for the purpose of organising the tournament
B1 players must have the proper eye shades, not a sleep/travel eye shade. the eye shades must fully cover the playersí eyes and leave no pockets of light around the nose area.
